Ashten Majors born in San Antonio, TX on December 1, 1986 and raised in Houston, TX. She began singing and performing live at the tender age of eight and soon realized her calling. She then began writing at the age of 13 and developed a love for penning her feelings and emotions. She took a break for seven years from the music scene after the birth of her two sons now ages seven and four. After that hiatus she decided to come back to the music scene stronger than ever! Her goal is to be able to work alongside some of her favorite artists in the industry and to build a career doing what she loves most...singing and writing. Her debut album, Lessons, depicts some of her personal life experiences over the years featuring her singles "Oooh" & "Let Me Drive You Crazy". Ashten's new project, Sweet Nothings EP was released on Valentine's Day 2016. This project was put together to give fans a taste of what's to come as she works on her next album. Sweet Nothings features singles "Missing" (produced by Dwayne "Whateva" Lindsey) "U on U" parts I & II featuring Brian Angel (Day 26) (produced by Fred Council) and "Revolver" (produced by Strych9). Ashten will be joining the We Are The City Tour July 2016.
Ashten is also heading an R&B radio show co-starring Mr.380 of IIMGang, Pillow Talk on GMT Radio. The radio show debuted January 2015. Ashten wanted to provide opportunities to other R&B artists like herself to be able to showcase their music and be heard. She has interviewed with artists such as Carl Thomas, Kid Sid, TMI, Simone Skye, Cokane Novakane, Tim Ned, K.Parker, Surreal, Boss Lady Jaye and many more!
Ashten has managed diving into her love for acting starring in the indie comedy film, iCrush, as Christina. She is now gearing up for three new lead roles! One as Barbara in the live stage play "Conflict & Confessions" with Ruby Denise Productions , Elaine in "Never Failing" with BGood Productions and R&B artist Jazz in an upcoming film with Grade A Media.
